Highly recommended. I and my boyfriend had been looking for a good dental practice for a while until we found this place. The treatment is fast and professional. The dentists and staff are nice and kind. Worth mentioning is their online booking system which is simple and easy to use. And if i'm not mistaken, you could even choose English as the site language.

I had a very bad experience here. I came two times here and the dentist put me twice a temporary filling giving the reason for that they did not have enough time for me that day. After my complaint Lausanne asked me not to come anymore (leaving me with a temporary filling)
Lauranne runs a very clean, professional, and nice dentist practice in Leuven. I myself, like most, have a slight discomfort with going to dentists. Thanks to her professional and kind treatments, I finally have overcome those fears and my dental health has improved greatly since. Very recommended dentist practice.
I searched online and found this place with high rating, the initial contact (via email) was pleasant and the replies were always fast. However, as much as I stated in the appointment that I only wanted to do teeth cleaning, the dentist was still trying to give me an X-ray. In the end, he did the cleaning to my teeth, the whole cleaning process was done in 8 minutes (my feeling was it was done a bit rude). And the dentist was not happy because I didn't take the X-ray as he proposed, with the attitude, he said \if your wisdom teeth starts hurt then don't come to us\. Well, my wisdom teeth has been like this for \u003e10 years, hopefully it would still be good, and I would not want to visit the place again.
Met tandpijn gebeld, maar er werd mij geen afspraak gegeven omdat ik nog geen patiënt ben. Het feit dat ik in het buitenland woonde en nog geen tandarts in Leuven heb, maakte geen verschil.
Professioneel, hygiënisch en een voorzichtige aanpak. Zeer tevreden van tandarts Lauranne!
Top praktijk, zeer klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam
Mijn eerste ervaring met deze praktijk was fantastisch. Er werd eerst een grondige inspectie gedaan van mijn tanden met daarna een uitvoerige bespreking van de stand van zaken. Met de geplande behandelingen heb ik er het volste vertrouwen in dat binnenkort mijn tanden weer tiptop zijn en dat ik er nog heel lang mee verder kan. 2 dagen later bracht mijn 4-jarige dochter haar eerste tandartsbezoek hier en ze vond het geweldig! Dank je wel ;-)
